The official anniversary notes name four new units: Yuvi, Seiloshibo, Death's Grasp, and God Ascended. They also add True Shadow Monarch as a Transcendent evolution. Most other new and returning units on the Anniversary '26 banner, Kokushibo included, are summons. Do not treat every new name as a banner pull.

Seiloshibo is listed beside the other new units on the anniversary notes, but those notes do not give a banner, pass tier, or quest. Check the in-game unit index before you assume it is on the Anniversary '26 banner.
Anniversary '26 banner rules
Open Summon and select the Anniversary '26 banner. One pull spends 150 Cake Slices '26. The pity thresholds shown on the summon info panel are 50 for a Legendary, 400 for an Exclusive, and 5,000 for a Secret. The base shiny chance shown there is 1.5%, and the Shiny Hunter gamepass doubles that rate to 3%.
Save slices until you can reach a pity you actually want. A handful of 150-slice pulls does not reach the Exclusive or Secret counters.
Event Pass, not the banner
Season 4 of the Event Pass started on 11 October 2026. The free track totals shown for the pass are 186 Trait Rerolls, 160 Memoria Shards, 620 Stat Chips, an exclusive memoria scrap, an exclusive token, a tier 25 memoria, and a tier 50 unit. The premium track doubles the reroll and shard counts to 372 and 320, lists 1,240 Stat Chips, and puts a shiny tier 50 unit at the end.
Death's Grasp (Remembrance) is the tier 50 unit. There is no second source listed for it. Warfront is described as the fastest manual Pass XP method: 1,500 Pass XP per clear, with 2v2 and 3x speed called out, and a clear time around three minutes.
True Shadow Monarch card
The anniversary card lists these figures for True Shadow Monarch:

The same card shows a System interface with levelling, skills, a shop, and a skill tree, plus a Shadow Army. The element field on that card was displayed as Unknown, so this page does not assign an element. Individual skill-tree nodes were not on the feature list.
Open the Quest Info HUD and the in-game Codex to see which enemies the Player Quest still needs. This page does not invent those enemy names.
What not to chase on day one
God Ascended and True Shadow Monarch are both real, and both sit behind other units. A new account gets more from Yuvi, the level 10 codes, and a planned Anniversary '26 pity than from buying Saint parts it cannot use yet. The part list is on the God Ascended guide.
